An Introductory Level class for any person new to Pilates.
The course raises awareness of posture, breathing, and controlling your body movement.
Once completed you can then move on to the Essential mat classes.

Really important to understand and apply each principle in each exercise you do, so take your time with the first 2 clips and make sure you understand the principles to get the most out of your Pilates workouts.
